No policy in writing even after numerous calls & complaining to main State Farm few days ago. Employees talk to you like your a thief.

Created an online account to view policy, however nothing there either. Policy reads application still pending. Now after taking our money they are making repair demands to our home which are ridiculous & unecessary so they can keep our money. Nothing sent in writing on the repair demands either.

State Farm has ripped me off $300-one month work at McDonalds.

Investigating State Farm shows nsurer also has a bad reputation on reclassifying claims to avoid paying, accusing you of fraud to avoid paying, also only pay about 1/3 value after you hire an attorney so they're not worth messing with."

"Sold us a home owners policy after asking about external structures such as decks, steps, etc. 14 days later claim underwriting now requires us to build steps & handrails that must be fastened to our home. I feel they took my money to keep their business going for a while longer. Obviously no insurance to offer and not likely to pay a claim either according to numerous negative reviews."
